Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a virus closely related to SARS virus. All visits to our practice are by appointment only. It is essential to consider the community, our patients and staff by calling ahead to our practice on 9252 9262. Please let our reception staff know if you have any concerns or symptoms as below, so that our staff can triage and advise you.
Please do not bring any non-essential companions to your consultation. They will be asked to leave.
Please do not arrive for your appointment outside of your scheduled time, to allow us to manage appropriate social distancing in our clinic.
We encourage you to wear face masks when in public or confined spaces outside the home.
Risk factors for COVID-19
Please let us know if:
- You have recently travelled overseas or from Victoria, Australia
- You have been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19
- You are experiencing flu symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath or a sore throat
