Dr Noela Ferch discusses the benefits of anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers for helping patients reach their facial rejuvenation goals.
Sydney, NSW – Facial aging is a common concern among the vast majority of people, says Sydney doctor Dr Noela Ferch. Since plastic surgery is not always a desirable solution, she explains that cosmetic injectables are an effective alternative using less invasive means. Dr Ferch emphasises the significant potential of the rejuvenative option to her patients at Pure Aesthetics, saying injectables can minimise the appearance of facial lines and wrinkles.
Dr Ferch offers a variety of cosmetic injectables, explaining that the different types are used to treat varying concerns. She notes that anti-wrinkle injections are used to relax muscles that contract when making facial expressions. Since this facial movement leads to permanent wrinkles, Dr Ferch utilises anti-wrinkle injections to help smooth the area and slow the progression of wrinkling. Dermal fillers, on the other hand, she administers to add volume to areas where collagen has depleted with age or has always been deficient. To help patients find the most beneficial solution for reaching their goals, Dr Ferch performs a physical examination. She can then create a customised treatment plan based off her assessment.
While some patients have a concentrated problem area they would like addressed, Dr Ferch recognises that others would like a more comprehensive enhancement. When injectables are used in several areas of the face, she describes this as a non-surgical facelift, or liquid facelift. By combining different injectables and administering them around the face, Dr Ferch says she can provide a more complete rejuvenation.
For anyone considering facial rejuvenation procedures, whether surgical or non-surgical, Dr Ferch encourages them to consider the potential of cosmetic injectables, as they can often be an effective way for patients to achieve their ideal outcome with little to no downtime.
