Main Gallery / Breast Developmental Problems & Asymmetry Before & After / Patient 42
This young woman had severe developmental breast asymmetry from “Poland’s syndrome”. She wanted a simple reconstruction (rather than a complex muscle transfer) and accepted the missing muscle fold at the front of her right armpit would not be corrected. She underwent a bilateral asymmetrical breast augmentation and simultaneous left breast lift to achieve excellent symmetry in a single operation. Surgery by Dr Steve Merten.
